Production bureau designs, manufactures and installs exhibition stands from our facilities in Norfolk. Over more than 35 years, we’ve developed exhibition and trade show stand designs for clients in a range of sectors, including pharmaceutical, life sciences, technology and automotive at events around the world. Our work runs from small stands through to custom builds, with storage and refurbishment in between, so your stand stays relevant and engaging between shows.

Modular exhibition stands give you a space you can refresh and reuse at every show without compromising on impact. We create the frame once, then adapt the graphics and layout to suit each event, so your stand stays current without a complete rebuild every time. Set construction and backdrops
Exhibition stands aren’t the whole story at Pb. We build stages, sets and scenery for conferences, product launches and theatre productions, using the same workshop and crew as our exhibition stand work. Exhibition stand design and build covers everything that turns a bare patch of floor into a space your audience wants to explore. That includes the concept, technical drawings, manufacture, graphics, AV, logistics, on-site installation and breakdown. We can handle the whole process, so you don’t have to manage multiple suppliers.
The cost depends on floor space and structure, AV, graphics, furniture, transport and crew. Because we build everything ourselves, you're not paying a mark-up to a third-party fabricator on top. Tell us your space, your show and your budget, and we'll be honest about what fits.
We've built everything from small, 3m shell schemes through to 200sqm custom stands. Small spaces receive the same level of design thinking as larger ones, because they often have to work harder to stand out in a busy conference hall.
Absolutely. We design reusable structures, store them between shows and refresh the graphics and layouts when things change. Reuse keeps costs down and cuts the waste that comes with building something new for every show.
Yes. Our team can travel to install and dismantle your stand. We transport materials either in our own vehicles or via a specialist delivery partner. Show rules, customs paperwork and set-up times are planned in from the start. We’ve delivered stands overseas within X weeks of receiving the initial brief.
It depends on how often you exhibit and what you need the stand to do. Custom builds suit a single hero moment or a shape and finish you can't get from a modular frame.
