Wanted – A dynamic and creative senior level Graphic Designer with circa 5 years + experience to join an outstanding Design studio. The role will be covering a period of maternity leave from November 2025 to December 2026.

The successful candidate will be working alongside a team of excellent creative colleagues in a fast paced studio environment, supporting the delivery of professional graphic-based projects for our portfolio of respected clients.

Ideally from an agency background, and being a good all round designer, with experience of supporting corporate branding, print, large format, illustration, presentation screens, digital design solutions, exhibition stands and installations. It is essential you have significant experience in designing and creating high level PowerPoint presentation slide decks for clients. A designer who has experience of working within the medical/pharma sector would be desirable.

You should be confident taking the lead on design assignments and play a key role in maintaining design excellence across client and internal communications. You should be used to working across multiple projects and deadlines and be comfortable dealing with clients and suppliers as required.

You must have an excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).

For awareness this is not a remote role and candidates will be expected to work from the Norwich offices. Pb do not hold a sponsorship licence so applicants must hold the appropriate right to work documentation.
