When planning a commercial fitout, it is important that you can choose an experienced contractor who not only understands your business, but also understands your vision for the space. We have carried out commercial fit out projects of all sizes and across a variety of industries. Your project team will include a dedicated interior designer, project manager and skilled tradespeople to take your project from concept through to completion. Our purpose-built workshop gives us to ability to manufacture bespoke items, whilst our own health and safety dept will oversee every project and ensure that we work within the relevant laws and directives.

Our fit-out process

Plan – We will meet with you to carry out an initial site survey and discuss your plans and budget. It’s important for us to understand your needs and objectives for the space, so that we can provide an initial brief and moodboards.

Design – Our interior design team can provide 2D space plans and stunning detailed 3D designs, to give you a clear idea of the end product. By giving you this detail and ability to ‘walk through’ the virtual space, you can fully understand the space and make any necessary changes. We can also provide moodboards and samples as needed.

Fit out – Our experienced project team will carry out the fitout within your property. Your dedicated project manager will ensure that the installation is carried out on time and to your satisfaction. We can cover the full range of services your project may require, or work in partnership with your own preferred contractors.

Management – We also offer an onsite project management service to ensure your event is running smoothly and any issues are rectified quickly and without affecting your guests.

Sport and Hospitality Spaces

Sport and hospitality suites have their own unique style of design and should aim to capture the essence of a sporting event or club. Sponsors, corporations and supporters expect an experience and high level of engagement. Delivering world-class hospitality relies on great building, interior design and the ability to optimise the function and flow of a space. Here at Pb, we have a great deal of experience designing and installing everything from bespoke VIP areas and corporate boxes to communal spaces and large-scale installations at events such as Goodwood Festival of Speed, F1, The Open and Women’s Open.

We design the space with the event in mind and aim to maximise the experience for guests and spectators. At the design and planning stage, we view the space in 2D, 3D and virtual reality to understand how every visitor will experience the event. We can work with strict budgets and timescales to deliver unique facilities, player and staff areas and lucrative hospitality areas.
