At Pb, we believe that the best work happens when people feel connected — and that doesn’t always come from emails and meetings. That’s where your Social Committee steps in.
Throughout the year, our dedicated social committee plan monthly events that give everyone a chance to relax, meet colleagues you might not usually work with, and just have a bit of fun. Rather than sticking to the usual routine, these socials give people the chance to mix, chat, and recharge — all while celebrating the effort everyone puts in.
Whether you’re a new starter or a long-timer, there’s something for everyone: from casual hangouts like Boom Battle Bar in January and Laser Quest in April, to a classic Bowling Night in May — and even good old-fashioned comfort food with a Jacket Potato Lunch.
In the past, we’ve hosted Sports Days, Film Nights, Curry Nights, Rollerblading adventures, and the ever-popular Summer BBQs — hiring out great spaces to keep the vibe chill, inclusive, and memorable. Our Christmas party is always a highlight too, with a three-course meal, music, and smart-casual cheer.
