The challenge

Ohme provide EV smart charging solutions for homes across the UK. After Pb successfully designed and built a stand at Fully Charged Live 2022, Ohme were keen to repeat this success in 2023.

The stand space was approved just a month before the exhibition, giving an extremely short timeline for the design and build of a bespoke exhibition stand. Our relationship with Ohme meant we were able to act quickly to understand the brief, design and build a stand that not only maintained elements of the 2022 stand, but also incorporated new branding and elements required.

The central focus of the stand was to be a Citroen Ami, helping to demonstrate and promote existing charger models, plus the newly launched Ohme ePod smart EV charger. Ohme required room for a free-standing display screen and plenty of wall space to display the chargers whilst also allowing open space for conversation with potential clients.

The solution

Pb designed a simple yet stylish stand that provided ample space for the car and charger exhibits, whilst incorporating previous elements with a fresh look and new branding. A high-level LED logo ensured that the stand was visible from a distance, whilst built-in stand lighting highlighted the charger displays and information graphics. Also included was a discreet storeroom, which itself provided an additional wall for a display screen and shelf for giveaway items.

The outcome
